Replacement requests will not be accepted if:
- 🚫 The product is opened, used, or altered.
- 🚫 The original packaging (outer carton) is missing.
- 🚫 The request is made after 5 days from the delivery date.
Replacement requests can be made in the following cases:
- 📦 Incomplete order: Missing product(s).
- 💔 Damaged product: Physical damage to the product.
- 🔄 Wrong product delivered.
- ⏳ Expired product delivered.
