    What We Will Do Together:

    • Our products are non-returnable. It is mandatory to shoot an unboxing video to raise Replacement Requests.

      The delivered product(s) can only be replaced in the following circumstances:

      • Incomplete order delivered- Missing of product
      • Damaged product delivered. (Physical damage to the product)
      • Wrong product delivered.
      • Expired product delivered.
      • The replacement request is generated within 5 days from the date of delivery.

      Under what conditions the Replacement Requests will not be accepted?

      • Opened/used/altered products
      • Original packaging missing (Outer carton)
      • The replacement request is generated after 5 days from the date of delivery.

      How can I raise a Replacement Request? 

      Step 1 –

      Raise a Replacement Request within 5 days from the date of delivery, along with your order on the below details:

      Step 2 – 

      After your replacement request is received, we will send our courier partner to pick up the products delivered to you within 2-3 business days. In case our reverse pick-up service is not available at your location, you will need to self-ship the product via any reliable courier partner. We will reimburse the courier charges through any of the wallets.

      Step 3 – 

      After your product(s) is received, we will verify it against the claim and initiate the replacement accordingly. Please note that replacement will depend upon the stock availability. In case of unavailability of the stock, we shall inform you once the product is back in stock.

      Can I get a replacement for a part of my order?

      Yes, you can replace any product that is eligible for replacement within 5 days of delivery.

       Can I cancel my order?*

      You can cancel the order before it is dispatched. Order once dispatched cannot be cancelled.

      *Brinton reserves the right to cancel any order without pre-confirming the customer at any time and may verify any order before shipping the same to the customer which may include having a verbal or written confirmation from the customer.

      How will I receive the refund for my canceled order?

      In the case of prepaid orders, money will be returned to the bank account/ credit/debit card within 7 business working days.
